Brittany Gayle Yearwood is a licensed clinical therapist, certified Parent Coach, and energy practitioner. Through Mobile Mindfulness LLC. she makes mindful education and experiences more accessible and inclusive. Brittany is a high-spirited Level II Usui Reiki practitioner and a Shamanic guide. She values authenticity and peace of mind, her motto is “Make your own time”. To help her clients make the most of their time in “Earth-School” she offers two primary services; mindful Parent Coaching and spiritual support.
Brittany is a conscious communication specialist, an alley for connecting with ancestors, and a natural motivator. She teaches her clients that conflict (with yourself or others) is an opportunity for connection and growth. Brittany works with individuals and groups to flip unhealthy mindsets, promote spiritual development, and grow healthier relationships.
Brittany has been married for 11 years and has four children. She values family and caring for nature. Brittany knows the power of community, she is the co-host of the Trails & Talks Meet Up - a nature-based walking group that encourages physical and social wellness.
