Sarah is the Founder/Owner of Color My Spirit, LLCback in 2012 to help offer inspiration, motivation & self-healing to people by helping them explore the messages their bodies are sending them. In 2019, she Co-Founded Spirit's Quest Center and then in 2020 she grew her business and opened her own practice, where she resides today - Color My Spirit Wellness in Raleigh, NC. At her healing center, Sarah has the pleasure of working with many other talented wellness professionals to support the community locally and worldwide. Sarah treats people with sleep disturbances, anxiety, pain, grief, wound healing, and fatigue, etc. Some clients come in who aren't sure why they are feeling "off" and just want to clear old energy to support their general well-being. This is sometimes referred to as Shadow Work. No matter what the reason, her sessions enhance the energy fields and help to rebalance the chakras leaving you feeling more informed, renewed and restored. Sarah's most sought-after session is Messages & Energy Healing since clients turn to her to help determine what is going on in their bodies on a
deeper level. As an Integrative Health Coach, Sarah can work with you to develop a customized plan to help empower you to develop healthy behavior changes and see real results. Sarah has not only studied over the years, but has a deep connection to the work she does within the community. The training she first received, involved healing herself. In 2006, Sarah became very ill with no traditional diagnosis in sight. To find relief, Sarah put her anthropological skills to work and researched alternative healing modalities to try and help support her body. Sarah realized that harmony was needed not only on the Physical Level, but Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Levels too to enjoy improved comfort and happiness. She tuned into her guidance, while at the same time discovering her true calling and mission in life - helping others on their life's journey.
Publications: Author of inspirational novel, Koko's Gift (2012) and creator of the metaphysical comic book series, Chakrula(2012). Sarah also contributed content for the development of the ShadowMyth oracle decks by artist and creator Doug Hoppes (2019-2020).

To cater to her clients worldwide or for those who prefer to be in the comfort of their own homes, Sarah offers remote or distance sessions for all energy, intuitive and coaching services. Sarah sees clients in-person out of Color My Spirit Wellness in Raleigh, NC. For an additional fee, she can to travel to a variety of settings to make her services available to a wide-range of people. Sarah is available to see clients in hospitals, hospice centers, and out of their homes (if space allows).

Chakra Balancing Consultation
Sarah will scan your chakras and biofield with her hands to discover where you may be holding stuck energy or blockages in your body. She will also check the energy flow in your front and back chakras, along with a few minor ones as well. No energy work will be provided and no intuitive messages. Use this session for a good baseline of how your biofields look and learn where you are carrying congestion in your body.

Biomat - Amethyst Crystal Bed & Sound Healing Sessions
Receive healing frequencies from heated amethyst crystals with the same infrared technology you get while using a sauna. Lay down and listen to frequencies that move healing vibrations through different parts of your body as you deeply relax. Rest your head on a black tourmaline & amethyst crystal pillow as you soak up lots of self-care goodness. This session increases your metabolism, circulation, relieves you of any lingering body pains & detoxes your system on multiple levels. Sessions are in-person only.

Messages & Energy Healing Session
Are you looking for an energy session with messages from your energy fields, Higher Self, Angels and Core Spirit Guides? Then this session is for you! Sarah will work in your energy field to encourage self-healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Choose from Quantum Energy, Integrated Energy Therapy (timeline & trauma release), Holy Fire Reiki (trauma release) or Healing Touch for the energy healing modality or Sarah can choose for you. Intentions can be set to help restore harmony and balance. At the end of the session we will talk about your fields, chakras and any intuitive messages that Sarah received for you. Depending on which energy modality is incorporated, you may experience detox symptoms, which will be discussed at the end of the session. In-Person and Remote/Distance services available.

This Session can help Children & Animals feel more balanced again by releasing traumas and easing anxiety. This session can bring clarity to thoughts and emotions that are difficult to put into words for these individuals. A session can also help with neurological disorders, pain management, cancer, healing from surgical procedures and many so much more. Distance sessions preferred.

Spiritual & Clinical Hypnotherapy
Did you know that you already have all the answers you seek inside of you? Utilizing Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, clients are gently guided to their subconscious minds where no matter what has happened in their lives, fundamental wholeness resides. Using guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, each client will be aware of their session and be able to recall the information revealed to them by their subconscious mind. In this session, a person may work on achieving goals related to healing, pain relief, traumas, stress relief, fears, weight loss, smoking cessation, connecting with their Higher Self or Spirit Guides, to name a few. Regardless of the intention, this process, like energy work and messages, can result in a kind of quantum leap that goes beyond the perceived limitations of the conscious mind. You do not have to live in fear. I believe in empowering people with knowledge and support so they can learn how to work with their sensitivities and not be a captive of them. This is a popular session for children, teens & young people as they explore the gifting they have all the way to adults looking for techniques to learn to support themselves for the first time.

Healing advice and support will be provided from your Authentic Self, Spirit Guides, Divine Source, Angels or Ancestors that have crossed over.
